Yesterday was rest day so I did 30 minutes of Pilates, did a lot of stretching and put ice on my legs and back. I hadn't known of that so I've been running for almost two months now without ice.
Today I started doing three miles, as it directs in my training schedule. I was on the treadmill (since its sinfully hot out) and it was kind of fun playing around with the speeds and inclines. It was like experimenting with what I am currently capable of. I did have to push myself more than I had been. But it such a great feeling when its over, knowing that I didn't give up!
