These legs ain't made for walkin'

Since running has been on the back burner, I have had to substitute that physical void in life. I am doing cycling as well as the elliptical machine, which both have been working out just fine. Its so different cycling because after 30 minutes its like 8 miles! If I could only have done that running...
Anyhow, I've been walking a lot since the weather is getting nice. I did a little over 3 miles this week. But it is crazy how it still affects my knee just as running did. So what, now I can't even walk!?
What to do...
