Stripping the Fat
Unfortunately running has been put off again, knee is giving me problems once more. But I have still been working hard on more strength training. I've got the trainer twice a week and I still manage to go to the gym at least 3 other times a week plus daily yoga and/or walking. Yesterday we focused on arms. I am glad I can replace something with running although I miss it greatly. We will see whats up with the knee.
