Training is Back on!

Back to the 3 miles. Yesterday was just a post hurricane get out of town run. But I did enjoy the split run, so I may do that more often. I am slowly improving my speed and learning that resting is a big part of training. Each day I am continually inspired and eager to improve and work hard. And thank you to everyone already showing so much support! It is appreciated and needed.
