Yesterday I decided to try running again. I had great experience. I didn't want to push myself too much and risk any sort of injury again. I did however notice that running was a bit easier now that I've gained a little bit of muscle through strength training. That's thanks to my personal trainer for giving me those 30 seconds from hell each week.
Anyway, I took it slow, enjoyed the outdoors, and was grateful for having no knee pain. As Dre put it, "it was a Thanksgiving Miracle!"
