One for the O's

Since the blood type O is another common one, and since I've been getting a lot of questions regarding the O's, I thought I'd just put up some key aspects about this Profile.

As far as personality O's tend to be leaders and have the ability to focus and be productive. They are also really good in sensing and thinking logically. They can become agitated or overly stressed which heightens when not on the proper diet. Cardiovascular exercises are very beneficial not only physically but also emotionally. It's a must!

A few interesting tid bits I found were that O's should eat all meals, even snacks seated at a table. And should avoid alcohol and caffeine.

When following the Blood Type Diet, they split up foods in three categories Beneficial (like medicine to your body), Neutral, and Avoid (like poison). For this purpose I will include only a few. O's thrive on meat, and should stay away from gluten and wheat products....that's a lot of breads to avoid!

So basically, eat all the meat you want (in reasonable proportions), except bacon and pork and some fish. The only dairy you can have is butter, feta cheese, mozzarella and goat. Click here for a laid out detailed chart.

Start off making small adjustments and slowly build up. I mean you're not gonna die if you consume the "avoids" but you'll feel a whole lot better!

I was lucky enough not to have had to make too many major changes. But I can honestly say I feel fantastic! I swear even my skin looks better.

Hey Costi, how come you don't know your blood type? I took my blood test, a second time to be sure, when I sent my mission papers in...
I hope you're doing good, no... awesome!
PS what do you know about blood type B3 positive?

Cool, but meat?! oh man, don't know if I can do it... I'm so not a meat-eater. I'm way excited for my new blog post on my hand-writing results. I think it's the coolest thing ever.
